Mark & Hall Crossbody Bag NEW dark blue with scalloped edge

Mark & Hall Crossbody Bag NEW WITH TAG, dark blue with scalloped edge. Received as a gift several years ago. It's cute, but too small for my use. Edges are slightly tacky (possibly from the type of material used for the trim), but not super sticky. Color is a dark, dusty blue.
